During this time of year it’s good to reflect on the things that you are grateful for. With that being said I am very grateful and appreciative that my daughter and I both have a genuine, professional, kind, and patient provider who cares. Justin is always so thorough during our sessions and really takes time to listen during all of our interactions. It’s not always easy to come across a provider who you can trust and feel reassured by. His office staff are also very kind and professional. Miriam and Paris are always patient and professional. Any time I call they take the time to resolve my concerns and follow up on my requests. This makes a huge difference for us. I started seeing Justin at the beginning of the year after I was misdiagnosed by another provider and given meds that made me unable to function normally. He listened and was patient, understanding that building trust would be slow after my experience and I am so grateful. He was able to explain what went wrong before and easily corrected it. I am not sure I would still be here if it wasn't for Justin. While my situation was more extreme, it still shows that Justin has always been a compassionate, knowledgeable, and understanding provider.

I met Justin at a very turbulent time in my life. His willingness to work with me to find the least altering and most beneficial treatment have turned things around considerably. It is an on going process but it is nice to have someone “hear” you when voice concerns and aggressively try to find alternatives. I am so happy I found him after years of frustration and so proud to see Blue Water thriving.

Justin has been my provider for a couple of years now and I have had a great experience with him. He absolutely makes you feel like he cares and listens to your concerns without rushing you or making you feel unheard. He is compassionate and so thorough when answering questions and explaining things. I feel so grateful to have a provider who I can truly trust. He has also recently started seeing my daughter and I am so happy she also has a provider who is so educated regarding her diagnosis and made her feel very comfortable. Justin is patient and that is extremely important for me. He knows how to speak to children and I couldn’t ask for a better provider for either of us.

Justin is very personable and makes you feel comfortable right from the get-go. First visits can be a little nerve wracking but his friendly demeanor put me right at ease. The staff was awesome during onboarding and I was able to get everything done via email which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this group. Keep up the great work!
